Overview

This scale is used for zoned shops except for upper floor shops in covered malls. They are measured to Net Internal Area and to three zones plus remainder.

Lower ground floor sales areas are assumed to be sale floors with access onto a highway/pedestrian area and have been given the same factors as gound floor. Where first floor access is from Zone A, factors for sales related areas may be higher than 0.10000.
