This scale applies to self catering holiday accommodation. The property can typically comprise any of a flat, a terraced cottage, a detached cottage, a farmhouse or a barn conversion.

The valuation is primarily based on the number of "bed spaces". The main space price is based on the number of single bed spaces. A double or twin room will valued as two single bed spaces.
