We do not give out the trade details of pubs or licensed premises online or over the phone.
The trade information on these properties has been given to us in confidence and is commercially sensitive. We take data protection seriously and we will not give out information that has been provided in confidence to anyone.
If you think a nearby pub or licensed premises has not been valued correctly you can contact the VOA, mentioning why you think it is wrong, and we will check the valuation.
