Why are the figures you've used different to my actual trade?
Our figures represent our estimate of the level of fair maintainable trade at the set valuation date.
If you think there are issues with the figures we are using, contact the VOA. We will then ask you to supply us with, or confirm, the turnover, excluding VAT, from all sources, such as liquor, food, gaming etc., for the following financial years:
- 2005/06
- 2006/07
- 2007/08
We may send you a form for you to complete with the information.
Once we have your figures, we will check them against ours and ensure the valuation is accurate.
