You are on the FAQs answer page for:

I have an outstanding 2005 appeal: when that is finalised what will happen to my new 2010 valuation?

We will automatically review the 2010 valuation if the 2005 rateable value is adjusted when the appeal concludes.

If it is appropriate to adjust the 2010 valuation, we will do it and let you know the new rateable value. We will also tell your local council the 2010 rateable value has changed and they should adjust your bill.

Until the 2005 appeal concludes, the current 2010 valuation will be used.
