Self-catering holiday accommodation is valued for business rates because it is not a sole or main residence for anyone.
We send a valuation to businesses and non-domestic properties:
- When there has been a revaluation
- When the rateable value has been adjusted.
The rateable value on the valuation is not your business rates bill. Your annual business rates bill is calculated and collected by your local council.
