The list of comparable properties we′ll offer shows you properties that have been valued in a similar way to your own. Other properties in your area may not be displayed because they are a different type of building.

How to compare properties

• First find your property and then select the option Compare my valuation with others.
• We′ll show you a list of comparable properties. These are properties that have been valued in a similar way to your own.
• Click on the Add to Comparison List buttons to select one or more properties. The properties will be added to the Comparison List.
• Click on the Compare button next to a property in the Comparison List. We′ll show you its details side by side with your details.
