How can I compare my property valuation to others?
You can compare your property′s valuation to similar ones in your location online.
The list of comparable properties we′ll offer shows you properties that have been valued in a similar way to your own. Other properties in your area may not be displayed because they are a different type of building.
How to compare properties
- First find your property and then select the option Compare my valuation with others.
- We′ll show you a list of comparable properties. These are properties that have been valued in a similar way to your own.
- Click on the Add to Comparison List buttons to select one or more properties. The properties will be added to the Comparison List.
- Click on the Compare button next to a property in the Comparison List. We′ll show you its details side by side with your details.
