In general:

• For offices, warehouses and other industrial buildings, and shops we use the rental valuation method.
• For pubs and other licensed premises, we base our valuations on fair maintainable trade.

We base the valuation of self-catering holiday accommodation, guest-houses and Bed & Breakfasts on the number of bed spaces.
