If your property is not listed in the search results, try the following:

• Check you entered the postcode correctly.
• Check you are using the right postcode for the property on the Royal Mail website.
• Enter only the first part of the postcode. This will bring up a list of all business properties in that postal district which you can browse. This list can be quite long.
• Try entering the billing authority reference number.

If your property is still not shown in the search results it is possible that we do not have it listed as business or non-domestic property. Contact us with the address and postcode of your property and any details about its use.
