You can appeal if you think your property needs to be split into more than one property. You will need to provide reasons why you think this is the case.
There are several reasons why a property may need to be split, including:
- The property has been sub-divided into separate letting units
- You separately occupy a part of the property to the other occupiers
- Part of the property is now empty and is being offered for separate sale or letting.
