I believe your measurements of my property are wrong
You can check the areas we have used in the valuation and send any amendments to us online without submitting an appeal.
Alternatively, you can make an appeal on the grounds that you believe the areas we′ve used for your property are wrong and consequently the value is wrong. You should check your measurements and outline any discrepancies in the appeal. The dimensions of your property will be checked and agreed with you as part of the appeal process.
You do not need to make an appeal to change the areas of the property if you think they are wrong. You can send any amendments to us online and we will check the dimensions again.
Retail units are measured using a zoning system. If you have a retail unit, you will need to think about zones when you check the measurements we have for your property.
